New Anchor Real Estate is a residential acquisition and development company focused on identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and creating long-term value throughout New England.
Founded by Will Dreyer
Will Dreyer is the founder of New Anchor Real Estate. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Will built his foundation in sales and relationship-building before developing a deeper interest in real estate through his work at a commercial insurance firm focused on property and casualty underwriting.
That experience gave him exposure to property risk, valuation, and the financial side of real estate. He later expanded his experience by working with a real estate development firm in New York City, where he gained hands-on exposure to acquisitions, renovations, and project execution. He has formal training in financial modeling and real estate investment strategy, strengthening his ability to evaluate and structure opportunities.
Combining his passion for building mutually beneficial relationships with real estate, Will founded New Anchor Real Estate with a clear goal: to build a company rooted in trust, disciplined deal analysis, and high-quality relationships.
